Shunting track circuit study of Lyon LEA Tramway

The originality of this project lies in the important variations of speed of the tramway according to the environment (urban or peri-urban), going from 35 kph to 70 kph. To respect the requirements of safety and operation, level crossings replace for the first time in France the road marking on the crossings (26 level crossings were installed throughout the 14,7 kilometres of way).
